RitterAuto™ - Automotive Panel Adhesive

RitterAuto™ is both a adhesive and sealant. It is a single-component polymer specifically formulated for use in the heavy vehicle transport and recreational vehicle industries.

It consists of a modified polymer technology delivering an optimum balance of adhesion, cohesive strength and vibration absorption. It allows dynamic stresses to be compensated and conventional fasteners (screws, rivets, etc.) to be partially or completely replaced.

Cladding Coverage

• 1 to 1.5 sq/m per 570ml unit.
• 16 to 24 sq/m per carton (16 units)

Beed Run (lineal meters)

• 6mm beed -   11.5 l/m per 570ml unit.
• 10mm beed -  7.0 l/m per 570ml unit.

CHARACTERISTICS

• In-service temperature range -35°C to +100°C.

• High adhesion without the use of primers.

• Exhibit good weathering and ageing resistance 

• Can be over-painted with water and solvent-based paints.

• Is resistant to weathering and UV radiation.

• Free of isocyanate and silicone.
